Our Commitment to GDPR

Juno Rocket, Inc. is committed to complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for all users and customers in the European Economic Area (EEA). As a 100% native Salesforce platform, Juno Rocket does not store or process personal data on its own servers — all data remains within your Salesforce org.

Data Controller vs. Processor

When you use Juno Rocket products within your Salesforce org, your organisation acts as the Data Controller. Juno Rocket acts as a Data Processor only to the extent required to provide the services. Since all data stays within Salesforce, Salesforce (as a sub-processor) and your own infrastructure bear the primary data responsibility.

Your Rights Under GDPR

If you are located in the EEA, you have the following rights regarding any personal data we hold about you (e.g., contact information from demo requests or support tickets):

  • Right of access — request a copy of data we hold about you
  • Right to rectification — correct inaccurate data
  • Right to erasure — request deletion of your personal data
  • Right to restrict processing — limit how we use your data
  • Right to data portability — receive your data in a portable format
  • Right to object — object to data processing based on legitimate interests

Data Transfers

Juno Rocket is headquartered in the United States. If you submit personal data via our website or contact forms, it may be transferred to and processed in the United States. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as the legal basis for any such transfers from the EEA.
